I am only seeing stats for 3 pages on my account which so happens they are the only public facing pages for non-logged in users (Login, Register, Reset Password).

Google analytics is showing stats for all the internal pages that are available to logged in users.

If it makes any different I am running this site on a multisite wordpress network.

    Please advise

By default, Jetpack stats do not track logged in users, it’s intended as an easy way to prevent your own visits from being tracked.

You can change this at Jetpack > Settings > Traffic > Site Stats in your site’s Dashboard.
