    Hello there!
I have an issue with my E-Mail Setup on Woocommerce…
If there is a new order, I get an e-mail notification in HTML-Format (as it should). But the customer only gets an e-mail, if the option is set to “plain” not “html”. If it set to “html” i get an error with “Message blocked”. If it is set to plain, everything works perfectly (but looks horrible).

Has anyone else already had this problem and can help? Thanks!

    Hi @sehe,

It might be related to your email server settings or possibly an incompatibility with your or the customer’s email client. It’s also possible that your email provider is blocking HTML emails due to security reasons.

To begin troubleshooting, I’d recommend checking your SMTP settings and ensuring they’re correctly configured. If you’re unsure how to do this, our WooCommerce Email FAQ guide can provide further instructions: https://woo.com/document/email-faq/

If the issue persists, you might want to consider using the WooCommerce Email Customizer or Email Customizer Pro. This plugin allows you to customize your emails with a more professional and aesthetic look, even in plain text format. It’s a great way to improve the appearance of your emails without worrying about them being blocked.

Additionally, you can contact your hosting provider for further insights related to your email or SMTP setting.

I hope this provides some clarity. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
