Only sends to certain email address

  • Hi guys, when I set the form up to send to a couple of my Yahoo mail accounts to test, it works fine. But then when I set it to my work email or the client’s email, nothing is sent, even though it says it’s sent successfully.

    Any idea what’s going on? It’s got me completely stumped!

  • Any chances they goin to spam mail box ask ur client to chk their spam box..
    also is it the same domain is it sending the mail for client ?

    Thanks guys, the mails aren’t getting through at all though, not even to the spam box.

    I can’t work out why it will send to some addresses and not to others!

    Share me the link of ur contact form and also the email id on whose it is being setup…
