Only Show Tracking Info in Completed

    Hi, thanks for the plugin.

    I’ve notice that the tracking info goes out not just on Completed emails, but also “On Hold”, “Processing”, etc.

    I’m wanting to disable the tracking from being added to all those other emails — I’d only like it show in the Completed. As the way the other emails have been written, having the tracking info in them before the order details just ruins the flow.

    I’ve modified the tracking-info.php email template to have the text how I’d like. So I’m hoping there’s an easy additional condition I can add in like if ( email = “complete” ) {

    Open to other recommendations.

    The on-hold and Processing emails are sent before you add tracking info to orders. in a standard flow, you enter tracking info only after they are in processing and only then mark these orders as “Completed”, you do not add tracking info to orders which are no paid for..
    Anyway, I will a condition to not include it in processing, on-hold emails

    Awesome, thanks. Some orders I flick between statuses after manually updating orders. Although by the time the tracking# is there orders would have been already updated.

    Thinking of it, it probably isn’t a big issue. I just noticed the tracking info being added into those other emails when testing out your plugin. which I guess made me feel a little unsettled.

    Hi @scottbris, we released a new version of the plugin with the condition to display the tracking info only on completed orders.
    Would be great if you can leave a review on WordPress for the plugin ??

    Hi, FYI, removed the display if tracking info from on-hold, processing, cancelled, refunded emails.
