Only showing 12 digits of credit card number

Hi Brandon,

Do you mean customers can only enter 12 digits in the card number field? If yes, are you able to replicate this behavior by placing a test order?

Normally, the format depends on the start of the number. For example, if an American Express card starts with 37, then the format will be the 4-6-5 format you see. Doing a bit of digging on Google, it looks like Maestro can have between 12-19 digits for their cards.

The current workarounds are customers have been flipping there phone into landscape mode or using the “Scan Credit Card” feature to bypass this. The third workaround is to keep typing and the remaining credit card digits will be hidden behind the card image in the text field and payment will go through successfully.

Could you temporarily switch the site theme to Storefront or 2021 and check if you still notice the issue?

Since the form works and is still accepting the full card detail correctly, we would like to narrow down and check if this formatting issue is coming from the theme.
