Only showing round numbers, no decimal

We have a problem regarding the way the numbers are showed in the plugin.
As you can see in the link below, we are giving 94 to the category “Desempenho”, but is showing the round number 90. The bar is also wrong as it grows to 10.

The global result is also incorrect as it shows 9, when it should be showing 9,1 (9,08 in the reality).
In this other link, below, the second value – ECR? – has 85 point. The bar shows 9/10 and it should show 8,5/10.

Is the plugin rounding the numbers? If so, why? It should be showing the decimal places.
