We are very happy to solve the problem, would you please export your tooltips posts and share a link with us on dropbox or google drive? You can do this by a few methods, for example:
1: Use the amazing wordpress plugin backwpup, just select backup database and just export wp_posts table, and upload it to dropbox or google drive, then contact at https://tooltips.org, on the top menu bar, you will find contact us, just click it and tell us the link on dropbox or google drive, we will download it and build a local development and import your table and check what caused the problem. ??

2: Also you can use a few other amazing plugins, for example, duplicator, or https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-all-import/, to export wordpress posts table.

It seems we did not received your message, but I have analyzed this kind of problem and finally I understand there are a few php special character included in your tooltips, and have solved this problem. ??

I am adding a few other features for our wordpress tooltips plugin and I will release a new version soon. ??

Thank you very much for the notice, I have released a new version wordpress tooltips 4.6.9 for fix the problem, in this version, I fixed:

1 Re-developed tooltip query section and support order by alphabetical
2 Fix the glossary error that some tooltips terms have no underline or no popup tooltips window in the tooltipslist shortcode
3 Fix the glossary error that some tooltips terms lost in tooltipslist shortcode
4 Fix the problem that some tooltips which have php special character did not show content
5 Fix the problem that some tooltips content have javascript special character

Please tell me are there still have this problem, also if you have any feature request, it is super welcome to tell me, I am happy to improve our plugin for dear users always. ??

Hi Tomas,

Great work on the new version, most of the bugs were fixed ! Still some tiny issues though :

1 – Tooltips of composed definitions overlap, here “radiotherapy” has a definition and “metabolic radiotherapy” has one too (see attached image)

and the page link tooltips page

2 – [tooltipstable] shortcode still not working somehow, displays as plain text.
