Only shows “No Posts found” error

  • UPDATE: I got the plugin working by leaving ALL settings to the defaults. I then added in settings that matched my original configuration. I have no idea why that worked but it did.

    I then purchased the paid plugin to add grid layout for my posts. As soon as I activated it, it took down my entire site with a fatal error.

    Original review:
    Followed all of the instructions for creating templates and rules but all I get is “No Posts found” error.

    I tried the default template and all sorts of combination of rule item but nothing works.

    Plugin owner only tells users with the same issue to read the instructions but there is NOTHING that explains why this error occurs.
