Only some of the VR Tours are loading

    Hello,

    I’ve created a page with some virtual tours on. However, some are not loading properly. There are no specific culprits as it seems to alter each time.

    How do I fix this issue?

  • Hi @kylejwilson ,

    For each tour you publish on a webpage, the browser has to support WebGL.

    Since you’ve published around 20 virtual tours on a single page, the browser has to support a huge load of WebGL on this page.

    That’s why some of your tours are not properly loading every time you refresh the page.

    What I can suggest to you is to reduce the number of tours on this page.

    You can also choose to publish the tours on 4 different pages with 5 tours on each individual page.
