Only some smileys are displayed

Hi!
In the selection window, they have everything.
All smiles are inserted into the comment window correctly.
But after the publication, only a few smiles are displayed.
in fact – only heart.
Try to re-install the plug – nope.
Try to set on and off “My website uses jQuery library” – nope.
What i can do?
