Only the trial version works

  • This plugin is a trial version only – and doesn’t state that very clearly any where.

    However the trial plugin works fine. When you decide to purchase the plugin at 100€ pr year the Premium plugin doesn’t work at all.

    I get the error message on the premium version:
    Your PHP settings do currently not support ftp functionality. Please see https://php.net/manual/en/ftp.installation.php for more information about enabling ftp support.

    This makes the plugin useless and I want my money back!

    NB: And there is no email contact to this plugin company.

    I am very sorry that Thur ( @thuen ) has not updated his review to this point.
    We feel that this review is not representative to our product or our customer service. Our plugin is used by more than 1000 webshops and we have several way’s where users can contact us.

    We actually have responded within a few hours to his support request. (He has thanked us for the fast reply!)

    His server was not accepting uploading and installing channels to his server. We have given him a solution that worked for him. Next day everything was working just fine on his server.

    To this day, he is using our plugin and has not come back for any other issue.

    We have asked him politely to correct this review as we solved the issue and feel he did do us no right with the review. But until now we have not heard back from him.

    We have a log with our communication with Thur. We are glad to share it to anybody that would know why there is one bad review that we feel is incorrect.
