Only Title of Submitted Post appears

Hello and thank for your help.
I have an issue with posts submitted by users. Only the title appears without the body text on the admin dashboard site.
And then when published by admin, it again shows only the title.
In addition, once published the comments section below is closed for comments.
Do you have any idea what can be the problem and how it can be solved?
