@volmering: Thanks for taking some time to leave feedback, but could you be more specific about what issues you’re having?
I checked your user profile to see your forum/support threads, but I see your account is brand new as of March and this is your very first post of any kind. I also see you reference “2.x”, but that covers 8 months and 60 NGG versions, so I’m also wondering what version you’re referring to.
One reason I ask all this is that, as you’ll note from WP.org voting on recent NextGEN versions, 2.0.61 is performing quite well for most users. So I have the sense that if you are having “only trouble,” there’s probably something specific going on.

hey erick, thx for your answer. right, my account is brand new. the reason for me to create an account was the favoritelist to install plugins easier. so im using wp since years. ??
i use wp as a cms for a lot of customers.ok, now ill try to go specific:
updated all clients to 3.9
updated the nextgen to 2.0.61also
installed a fresh 3.9
and a fresh 2.0.61issues
– uploading big images (for example 2500 x 1500) autorezize worked usually. now i got html-errors. but files are uploaded in the folders.
tried small images: no errors but no image previews shown in the gallery-menu.– add new or existing galleries into pages ist not possible. just the transparent overlay shows up.
well, i tried 2 days to fix it. i dont wanna complain cause i used the free version. several times i thought about going to pro, but i read about the problems since 2.0. i should be be patient till the problems with 2.061 and 3.9 is fixed.
mabe the new gallery-option in wp is the problem.

Say Erick asked you to write and link back to this thread so our team knows. If you haven’t already shifted to another solution, then we’d like to see what may be happening here.
A couple questions I know we’re going to ask, so you can maybe include answers either here or in your bug report:
*You said you updated to 2.0.61 and had these issues. What version did you update *from*? Was it a Legacy version 1.9.13 or earlier, or was it from, say, 2.0.59 or 2.0.40. I’m just wondering if the 2.x version was working for you at some point, or never was.
*Based on what you’re saying, I’m wondering if what you’re seeing is related to some kind of hosting configuration. Can you tell us where your these site are hosted?
So again, if you’re up to it just contact us via that form and we’ll pick it up with you via email.
By the way, if it’s not working, you have every right to complain, free or not. We’d just prefer we also get a chance to look at the issue first :).

tbh: i didnt known that u r reading this and im wondering that u took care about posting like mine, or take care of a bug-mail out of tousands. cause of millions of downloads. so im glad to read this all. btw, my english is not that good.
