    Unfortunately, I don’t read Chinese, but I assume this is a screenshot from the Edit Image popup in the visual editor (i.e. when you insert an image into a post and then use the toolbar in visual editor mode to change something about the inserted image/shortcode).

    When editing in visual editor or media Library, it only shows the two fields. I can not change alignment of images. Here’s the English version screenshot on page edit media => edit more details.

    It’s the dialog you get to via the visual editor image toolbar.

    so the align in screenshot is default image align setting not for credit, the image credit always align right of image?
    I think I misunderstand the screenshot because of the newer version wordpress view

    Yes, the alignment setting is always for the image. To change the alignment of the media credit itself (relative to the image), you need to use CSS.
