    Hey Im not sure if the emails gets send because in the area ”ABANDONED CARTS” it only says: Carts without Customer Details ( 1 )

    But I sell virtual products (https://www.xtremeviral.net) and in the woocommerce checkout it only asks for email (I dont want name, street etc in the woocommerce checkout), only billing email.

    After testing it from another browser (added product to cart, checkout, typed an email I have and canceled everything in the checkout process) it still says:

    Carts without Customer Details ( 1 )

    and NO email is displayed so I guess the pluging wont send any reminder emails

    What to do?

    Thank you for the detailed reply.

    So, the guest carts are not captured on your website.

    Our plugin captures the Guest users email address when a customer types the email address on the checkout page and move out from the email field.

    As you have mentioned in your reply that our plugin is not capturing that carts, and it considers as the Visitors carts.

    For testing purpose I have abandoned one guest users cart on your site, I have entered the email address in the field and left your site.

    If that cart does not display on your site then I need to check the issue on your site.

    Can you please post your query on our plugin’s forum page? So we can communicate in better ways.
