    Hi Team,

I have to say, I love the idea of the plugin, how it works and looks.

I run into trouble since I have a different type of product displayed in my woocommerce shop, namely from a other plugin ‘PluginHive woocommerce bookings and appointments’ and my products are bookable. It has taken me days to figure out that this is the reason that my products were not visible in the linking process. I think it would be good to include such info in your troubleshooting FAQ.

So I found this out by creating a dummy simple product with relevant categories and tags, and this particular product was shown instantly. Great!

But what can I do for my bookable products? Because that is my product and aren’t linked now.

Do ou have any recommendations or workarounds in this sense?

    Thank you so much,

    Jori

    Hi Jori,

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don’t support bookable/appointable products since they’re not part of the WooCommerce core platform.

Alternatively, if you need the booking feature, link the one-time payment version of the products to each choice and in the Results Page settings change it from “add to cart” to “link to product” so the buyers will go to the product page and book there.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi there,

You mean making duplicate simple products of my bookable products?
Because none of my current bookable products are actually shown right now in your plug-in, none can be linked to the questions.

    Hi Jori,

Yes. I was thinking of a workaround our Shopify customers do to point to their subscription products. The possibility to subscribe is available in the simple products page. Is this the case with bookable products?

If not, maybe you can do the following:
    – create simple products for each of the bookable products
    – link those products in the quiz
    – change the Results Page settings from “add to cart” to “link to product”
    – set a 301 redirect from the new simple products to their corresponding bookable product

    Hope this helps!

We are thinking of using this plug in but we sell violins and they have size and other variations. So just to be sure I understand things, This plug in will not display those products. is that correct?

and the work around is to set a 301 redirect to the base product?

Hi @stevecris thanks for reaching out.

Variations will be displayed. It’s bookable, appointable and subscription products which aren’t supported.

    Best regards
