Only welcome mails are not receiving

Hi, be sure they are not disable and to be of help we need to know if the subscription starts from a standard form or from other integrations.

Also, welcome mail is set to enabled at the following path: Newsletter -> List building -> Welcome.

Hi, on my test env. it works perfectly, just tested, try to change the email content or subject maybe there is a filter by your provider.
