Only working when logged in

    We just made a imple text popup and it seems to be working only when logged in. The only rule we made is for it to be shown on specific pages, including the Home page.

    How can I fix this please?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused, could you please check if other type of popups for example Image popup or subscription popups works fine. As in general we don’t have a simple text popup.
