Only works for homepage

I was under the impression that this plug-in would redirect every page to this Maintenance Mode page, but a lot of my old links still bring up an “oops this page can’t be found” instead of re-directing to my Maintenance Mode page. (ie: https://www.churchfilmmakers.com/propaganda/ )
