only works from the second time

  • Hello! I am having the following problem:

    1) I enter the login and password, for a few seconds I see the login error message:
    An error has occured. Please try again

    2) then I’m redirected to the home page, but without being logged in

    3) then I try again, with the same data.

    the same error appears for a few seconds:
    An error has occured. Please try again

    4) but then I am redirected to the home page, and now logged in…

    what could be happening?
