Only Works On One Of My Sites

Hi,

I have WP Customer Reviews on two of my sites. One site is a subdomain of the first one and is a membership site so it is password protected. I have a reviews page on the main site and one on the membership site. For example, my main site is https://www.mysite.com and my membership site is https://www.mysite.com/members.

The main site reviews works just fine, but no review shows up under “Pending” when I try submitting one on the membership site. The only thing I can think of is that there is a conflict under the settings. I know under settings it asks for the business URL, so maybe that is conflicting even though they are under different installs?
