Only works sometimes?

  • We get quite a few users per day. We’re not sure how often this plugin is working for us, but we get about 3 emails per day telling us that our new users cannot get verified ??

    Essentially, they create an account, get the email, click on the verify button, get verified, then when they try to log on, the site tells them they need to verify or change their password. They do whatever is asked, and the site gives them the same message again and again.

    We’ve deactivated the plugin for the moment, hoping for a solution.
