Only works when I am logged in

  • If I am logged in as an admin, it works perfectly. If I am logged out or I login as a customer, the same query (e.g. Flamingo Pink) does not return any results. It is probably a configuration problem of some sort, but I can not find anything amiss. Alas I can’t attach screenshots. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

    This can be a cache issue. When you logged in as admin javascript files loads separately, in other case they are combined into one file.
    Also I can see a js error in the console “jQuery is not defined”. Smart Search can’t work without jQuery.

    Please check the settings of your cache/ optimizer plugin.

    Hi again,

    I disabled all plugins and tested them one at a time and the conflict is with the plugin:

    WooCommerce Wholesale Prices Premium (https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/)

    If I disable this, your plugin works perfectly. I have reported the conflict to the wholesale price plugin author. I am not sure what else I can do. Can you help?
