You can confirm at the link I gave above by changing the product to “1 Litre – Effective Microorganisms” and trying to submit the back in stock form with your email. The error is:

*** Forbidden. Message seems to be spam. ***

    Hello there,

    Good Day!!

    We’re here to assist you.

We tested the provided URL and observed that the ‘*** Forbidden. Message seems to be spam. ***‘ error occurs for non-members/guests due to the ‘Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk’ plugin on your end.

Upon further analysis, it appears that enabling the ‘Encode contact data’ option within the ‘Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk’ plugin causes the reported error. This option protects against automated crawlers extracting contact information (emails) from a website. However, it inadvertently hinders legitimate form submissions by mistakenly identifying valid entries as spam, causing a disruption in the submission process.

We suggest fixing the issue by turning off the specific option or temporarily deactivating that plugin to confirm the error has disappeared.

    Thanks.

Thanks, I do use Cleantalk but not the Encode contact data setting. Actually, most of the settings are ‘Off’, but maybe it’s another setting?

    Hello there,

    Thanks for your update.

To further troubleshoot, could you please temporarily deactivate the “Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk” plugin, as suggested earlier, and check our subscription process to see if the issue persists? This will help identify the root cause of the problem.

    Thanks.

I disabled the protection of Contact forms and that fixed it, thanks.
