Only works with new content

First of all, thanks for this great plugin, it’s simple yet customizable. Secondly, as far as I could test, the plugin only sends a notification in Discord for new content (Pages, Posts, etc.). Could you please change it to also notify about already existing content that gets updated or at least a toggle/checkbox to allow for that to happen?
