Only Works With No Conditions

    Greetings and thanks for posting! Sorry you’ve had some trouble with the rules though, let’s see how we can sort it!

    I don’t see any JavaScript errors on the page so I don’t think there’s an issue with that.

    Could I ask if you have any caching solutions active? Could you try testing with that disabled if so?

    If that’s not an issue, can I ask if you’ve tried the “Visitor is not logged in” rule? Then trying to view the site through a different browser, where you’re logged out?

    Could you maybe try that rule now so we could have a look?

    Hi,

    After some testing I found that some of the conditions work correctly and some do not. I was able to get it to work for my needs using the ones that functioned properly.

    I will be upgrading to the pro version.

    Ah, really gladly you were able to get that working but I’d love to assist with those particular rules you mentioned.

    If any of them seems to not work correctly, we’ll gladly assist. If you’d like to mention specific cases for each, I’ll gladly try and replicate to see what I can find.
