Only works with the right screen size

  • At first I was impressed. It’s easy to set up new tooltips, format their overall appearance and so on. I decided to buy the pro version as I wanted more control.

    The trouble these days is that there are SO many combinations of screen size and operating system that you need to be able to ensure that a tooltip that appears in the right place (or even is simply visible) on one system will be on all systems. There are several options to achieve this – centering on a window, centering on the screen, fixing centre-top and so on.

    Sadly, this plugin doesn’t provide this kind of basic optimisation. Consequently, I set it up and struggled to get it to display the full tooltip on my own system, and then the friends that I was developing the site for kept finding examples (Smartphone, iPad, Android tablet etc etc) where most of the text was not displayed.

    I approached the author through his support system, and was given a few ideas, but not in sufficient detail for me to follow them. Then he started offering to do it for me at a price.

    So, sorry – if you only want the basic tool and have very small tooltips then this might work for you. But if you have larger tips and want your viewers to actually see them, then I’d look elsewhere.

    Hi, I am sorry for hear you say so, but I do used many hours to replied your many questions/mails every time, about your question, I had offered solution and teach you how to do it, but you need to do it yourself, I can only tell you the way how to use the plugin, I can not always to do all things on your side, my suggestion is if you do not hope to do it by yourself, you can hire a freelancer to do it, if you need me to do it, I’d like charge a hourly rate because it is not my work, I had tell you how to customize it in plugin css file, but I can not help each webmaster to develop their css codes. Actually in some plugin sites author charge for each question, I offer free replies and I used hours to replied your question and I build demos for many questions. If you check my sites, you will find I had copied many codes for the same questions, thanks.
