    Hi sassyfrass,

I’ve had a look and it appears you have significant audience restrictions on your page, or it is unpublished. If I try to view the page you are trying to embed, I get a Content Unavailable message. This leads me to believe that you are logged in to Facebook on Firefox but not on any other browser. Please try logging in to Facebook on these browsers before you attempt to view the plugin, and remove any audience restrictions you may have on the page, and make sure it is published, if you want it to be visible to the general public.

    Thanks,
    Cameron

Thank You! You are right, if I log in with the other browser it shows up.
Can you please tell me where the audience restrictions are located in wordpress? I don’t know about these. I looked and did a google search but cannot find information on this. Thank you again.

    Hi sassyfrass,

Managing audience restrictions isn’t actually in WordPress, it’s in your page settings on Facebook. In particular, look at these settings: https://imgur.com/GVT4pjV

    Thanks,
    Cameron
