Oops Error

We’ve just installed your plugin and are trying to get it to work. We’re getting the Oops. Unexpected error occured.

I followed some directions in the comments on this page: https://www.gopiplus.com/work/2014/05/02/email-subscribers-wordpress-plugin/

So now it pops up 1, 2, 3, 4, unexpected error, when we subscribe. I do have an WP SMTP plugin running and tested on our site. Try to subscribe:
