Oops! Error, no email sent

I don’t know if it’s related, but I am also getting the error “Request error not JSON:” when I try to send a Preview of a newsletter.

Can you please add this to your wp-config.php ?

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );

Hi all,

The two issues in this string have been resolved:

1) Receiving error at signup — I deactivated all my plugins, then activated them one by one, testing the email signup in between activations. Just the act of doing this seems to have resolved the error because it is no longer happening.

2) Changed the “from” email to match my domain. This seems to have resolved the deliverability issue with gmail addresses. We shall see when I test it further with other ESPs.

Thanks for your previous attention to this ticket! However, issue #1 occurred again today, a few days after it was resolved by inactivating and reactivating all the plugins. Today I received this error repeatedly in the log files:

The fix you suggested is still in place on lines 115 and 116, the last two lines of the wp-config.php file.

I did inactivate and reactivate all the plugins again which has resolved the issue for now, but I would like a more permanent solution. Despite this error, email addresses are being added to the Subscriber list and emails are being received.

Thoughts? Advice on questions I should ask my hosting provider? Anything you suggest is greatly appreciated.

I have read through the posts above. i am having blank screen when i access my website. When I modify debug value from ‘false’ to ‘true’ in ‘wp_config.php’ i got this error message;

Please how can i resolve this error message.
