Oops-Selected details, doesn’t exist

    I enter all needed information under settings.
    When I go to save settings, it shows everything is saved and the plugin enters the URLS for opt-in and opt-out links.

    But I get the following error message in red:
    Oops-Selected details, doesn’t exist.

    When I go to access settings ALL fields are blank. I have to re-enter the information and it happens again.

    What’s up, Nothing is highlighted to identify the the ‘oops’ details.

    P.S. I am using WordPress multisite
