    Dear dev,

I have run into this issue with the free version. Tried a solution you suggested on another thread which involved deleting app, regenerating token, etc., it didn’t work. There’s no clear directive to how I should tackle this next. Please provide some assistance. Thanks!

    Hi @1ddwp,

There could be several issues here. Lets see if we can find the issue.

    1. Make sure you are runnning the latest FTS version (currently v 3.0.2)
    2. Make sure that your Instagram account is public.
    3. Clear the FTS cache as well as manually clearing any caching plugins that you have installed.
    4. If you are running any jQuery plugins, you’ll want to deactivate, as WordPress has a built in jQuery and running two typically gives issues.
    5. In another browser tab, open up Instagram, sign out of whatever IG account that you are in, and log into the IG account that you wish to display. Do not close this browser tab.
    6. Back in your WordPress dashboard, go to Feed Them > Instagram Options and click to gain a new access token (if the fields are populated, clear them first, scroll to bottom and click ‘Save All Changes’ before clicking to gain a token).
    7. Once the prompts return you to WordPress, you should then be able to proceed to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new IG feed shortcode.
    8. Replace the old shortcode with the new one, and after you update/publish, clear the FTS cache so that the changes can take effect.
    9. Also, make sure that you are not running any Facebook blocking extensions in your browser (like FB Container in Firefox for example)

This should resolve your issue. Lets us know how it goes.
