“Oops! Something went wrong” – can’t save any template file.

I have installed, reinstalled and keep getting the same error no matter what I try to save on any template. I deactivated most other plugins and I still can’t save anything. No idea what the issue is but I can’t use Yaymail at all.

I am using version 2.1.9
