    Hello,

Please go to the “MC4WP” menu in your WordPress admin, click on the “Renew MailChimp Lists” button and then test the form again. After testing check for any new errors on the “MC4WP > Others” page and please share with us.

    Hello,

Can you please confirm if you had clicked the “Renew MailChimp Lists” button before testing? Also, can you share a link to the page where we can test the form?

    Hi @hchouhan
yes i did Renew MailChimp Lists before testing her is the page that i’m having problems with the MailChimp Lists form is at the bottom of the page

Can you (just as a test) try with the form set to be linked to another list in your account?

If that doesn’t help either I think it would be best to ask MailChimp support to look into it by sending them the instance ID that comes with the error.

so i just login to my Mailchimp account and it says that “You’ve hit your audience limit” but the free plan has up to 2000 contact and my list has only 770
is there a way to create new list i can’t see it on my account?

    Hello

Please note that we are not affiliated with MailChimp. We are a different company “Ibericode” that develops “MailChimp for WordPress” and few other plugins. Since this issue is not related to our plugin, I would suggest contacting the support of MailChimp.com to assist you in fixing the issue.

    Check out form setting,
Lists this form subscribes to..your list name
I have similar problem with 404.
