I just tested the form and didn’t get any error, it redirected to the homepage.

Can you set the log on MC4WP > Other to “log everything” (instead of only errors) and then try again, do you see anything at all in the log?

Also please try with a different email address to see if that is related.

ok so I did get an error. my question is, does that mean that anyone that has been deleted from the database, then how can someone sign back up if they were deleted? is this a Mailchimp thing or a MC4WP thing?

This is a restriction set in MailChimp.com. The purpose of which is to stop unsubscribed users from getting emails again. The only way to add these users is by doing it manually from your MailChimp.com account or using the MailChimp hosted forms.

Ahh. And one last question. Is this when an individual unsubscribes or because we manually deleted it from mailchimp?

It’s because they unsubscribed.
