    Hi there,

    I’m now getting the ‘Oops. Something went wrong…’ error on a website where it has all been working fine for many months.

    I’ve been through the Knowledge base steps to check when you get this error and everything looks fine to me – I’ve checked the field names in MailChimp and the required fields – there is only the email address that is required and that matches with the form on the website.

    All plugins on the site are up to date, the site is running on WP 4.2.5 and your plugin is Version 2.3.12.

    Huh, that’s weird and should definitely not happen obviously. Good to hear that you’ve gone through the documentation already. It might be that MailChimp’s servers are having a bit of a hickup, but I would like to check out your setup for myself if you don’t mind.
