The “Oops” issue you’re seeing is happening due to caching. Could you please try performing a hard reload on the page where you encounter this issue? You can do this by pressing:

• Windows: CTRL + SHIFT + R
• Mac: CMD + SHIFT + R

Regarding the critical error, could you please let us know when exactly it occurs? For example, what steps lead to the error? This will help us diagnose the issue more effectively. And please reach us through the PINNED post so that our tech team can look into it and solve it asap

The critical error is occurring due to the PHP version you are using. If your PHP version is below 8.1, the error will appear.

We are currently working on a fix to provide compatibility with PHP 7.4. However, since PHP 7.4 is already deprecated, we strongly recommend upgrading to PHP 8.1+ to resolve the issue.
