    Hello,

I am having an issue with uploading images. Once image is being upload and submit is clicked, it send me to the “oops that page can’t be found”. I did numerous uploads of image sizes and it appears that only images that are 49kbs or smaller are able to upload without an issue. Any images larger than 49kbs give me this error.

Is it my hosting server the issue? or do I need to make changes to the plugin itself?

    Thank you so much!
    TG

    Hello @yelpersthatsuck,

This is similar to a hosting limitation. Try contacting your hosting provider.

P.S. Can you please send the link to the page with problem?

    Hello Dennis,

Thank you for your quick response.

    Here is the link: https://yelpersthatsuck.com/wp-comments-post.php.

Perhaps it is similar to this resolved issue? : https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/psa-to-those-getting-404-errors-when-uploading-image/ – The problem is I cannot figure out where to find “wp-comments-post.php” call out ( i cannot find the “comment_form”) in the plugin using the plug-in editor.

If you still believe it is an issue with the hosting service (i have hostgator), then I will contact them again and hopefully they can help me this time as I have already raised the issue with them before.

    Thanks again.

    Regards.

Yes, it is similar to your issue.

( i cannot find the “comment_form”) in the plugin using the plug-in editor.

This function should be in your theme, not in the plugin.

If you still believe it is an issue with the hosting service (i have hostgator), then I will contact them again and hopefully they can help me this time as I have already raised the issue with them before.

Unfortunately, I do not have experience with this hosting. But this seems like a hosting restriction, and I would start the investigation with it.

    Thank you again.

pardon my ignorance, but what file in my theme should I be able to find the comment_form line? Comment.php? cant find it there.

I will start my conversation again with hostgator.

    Comment.php?

Usually this function is in the comments.php.

    What theme are you using?

I am using the twenty nineteen theme

You can find function comment_form in the /inc/template-tags.php at line 209.
