    We have MailPoet Free version: 4.5.0 inastalled and have setup a free account.

    The key is verified
    The domain is authorised
    The sender email addresses are verified

    When an email newsletter is sent, after a short delay and an orange spinner, a screen is shown saying.

    Oops! We can’t send your newsletter
    Rest assured, this is fairly common and is usually fixed quickly.?See our quick guide?to help you solve this and get your website sending.

    The system has actually sent the emails, they are being received and reported. There are no errors on the System Status screen and all tasks are showing as completed.

    I appreciate it is not a problem (the emails are being sent), but it doesn’t look great to my client.

    It happens every time we send and is still happening.

    This is realted to sending newletters arther that any WooCommerce activity.

    Can I send you a brief video clip to show you?
