    also it seems the link in the image within the fixed widget does not work when it scrolls down-

    any ideas how to resolve or prioritize the fixed widget over others?

    I can recommend to fix only the last widgets in sidebar.
    Also you can make a copy of your first widget, place it last and fix the last widget.

    Looks like CSS problem… Need to see in action.
