Opacity not working

Hello,

I have just tested the opacity and it works like it should on my installation… Tell me please, which type of image do you have as your watermark (jpg, gif, png)?

i confirm the problem!
with jpg image on a watermark image png that have alpha for the background.

I can assure the opacity option works well. As it is noticed on the settings page “Opacity does not affect the png images with alpha chanel.” This is caused by the GD library which is simply not able compute the opacity for png images WITH alpha chanel, however it works great with png files WITHOUT alpha as well as all gif files (both, with transparency and without) and jpg files (tested many many times for all file types).
