Open box on clicking menu items

  • I really want to thank everyone for the awesome support, my question as follows.

    I’m using twenty twelve (child theme) I’ve 3 items (Home, Events, Change City) on Menu. I’ve added lots of cities as “Tags” under “Change City” item so all the cities are going very long on page but what I want is

    When I click the Change City it should open up a white box with the list of Cities (Tags) or when I click the Change City it should display all the Cities below the menu with 3-4 columns . How can I do this?
