Open Chat through Link Not Working

I tried to configure the live chat to open up when user press on a text as specified in the plugin setting (When Show). When I try to add [supsystic-show-chat id=1] as the link the spinner keeps on spinning and I don’t get the required output. Also, If I publish the changes, it affects all the other UI. Whole site freezes.

I have been trying to reach the support since few days. Please respond.
