Open Delay Not Working

    Hi, I recently downloaded this popup plugin and love it, except I cannot get it to delay opening. It opens immediately on page loading, no matter what I set the “Open Delay (in milliseconds)” to. It’s currently set to 180 milliseconds, which is a 3 second delay, right? If anyone can help me find a way to make this work, I would be very grateful! Thank you.

    For other readers, please note that the customer contacted us via email, we have already investigated this case and helped our client to achieve the desired result.

    As to the answer to the question, please note, that 1 second is equal to 1000 milliseconds.
    So, in this case, in order to set the 3 seconds delay, you need to write 3000 in the Open Delay (in milliseconds) option.
