Open Graph Meta Data

Hi, We have just gone live with our website https://www.scrapbookingdelights.com.au
and we have shared this website on facebook but the problem is when sharing it on facebook the image that it uses is the opening hours image on the front page when we would like it to show our website logo which is at the top of the website page. On reading to try and find a solution we find it is linked with open Graph Meta Data and found that Seo yoast could fix that problem, we have set it up in Seo Social facebook Open Graph Meta data but it did not change a thing, people are still sharing our site with the opening hours being the main image shared, can someone help with what we are doing wrong please as this is making our new and exciting website look a little ordinary, thank You
