Open Graph tags showing wrong image

The og:image tag is showing the featured image from the most recent post instead of the image set in SEO → Social → Facebook. This is definitely a bug in Yoast, because the desired image appears for twitter:image. We have also reproduced the bug with all other plugins deactivated on the Twenty Seventeen theme.
