    Dear All,
I realized that by inserting a link in the “CUSTOM HTML” it is no longer possible to open it in another window and if I insert the: “target =” _ blank “the link from the form disappears. Is there a solution for this?
Also from a check with the “PHP Compatibility Checker plugin” there are at least 5 compatibility errors related to PHP 7.2 that I am using. Can you help me?
Thanks for an answer as soon as possible.
    Regards
    Andrea

  • Hello @andreabennati,

I tried to reproduce the issue from our local end, please check out the video.

Can you please let me know the version of WP User Frontend that you are using? Please make sure you are using the latest version 3.1.8.

    Thank you!

    Dear Mushrit,
    thks for your reply.
I follow your video but the sequence wrote was already right:

Puoi verificare le calorie degli alimenti sulla nostra pagina, clicca QUI

Appears the link in the “form editor” manage but when I save it, does not appear on my page.
I need to check my plugins installed, probably some of them inhibit this possibility or I don’t know what else can have happened. I noticed by chance that the links with openings on a new page no longer appeared and I don’t know what to think anymore.
Hoping to solve it as soon as possible.

    regards
    Andrea

    Hello @andreabennati,

Extremely sorry for the late reply.

Yes, if you can check plugin conflict that will be great for identifying the issue. In order to check plugin conflict, please temporarily deactivate the plugins except for WPUF and then reproduce the issue. This is just temporary, after checking the conflict, you will be able to activate all your plugins again.

If you are unable to find any conflicting plugin, then please contact us at this address so that we can help you to identify and fix the issue.

    Regards,
