Open in new tab quicker?

Hi, I am just getting started with this plugin and it is perfect for what I need. However, I will have thousands of links and I don’t want to have to go back and edit each post individually so that my links will open in a new tab. I love to quick “create new link” option, but it does not give the option to default to open in a new tab. Therefore I have to go back and do them all manually. Is there anything I can change in the editor to have it automatically do this?
