Open larger image in lightbox without theme?

Hi, I know you can open Advanced Gallery images in a lightbox, but I cannot figure out how to do this with the Image (Adv) block (linking a thumbnail embedded on the page to its full size version in a lightbox). I know you can do this if you have both Kadence Blocks (I have Pro) and the Kadence theme enabled together, but I am using Kadence Blocks on a site with a different theme. Is this just not possible without installing another plugin that handles lightboxes?
