    hi there ??

    yes its https://eco4drive.de/tourtermine/

    thanks!

Try changing your “Event format” under Events > Settings > Formatting > Calendar to this:

    <li><a href="#_EVENTLURL" target="_blank">#_EVENTNAME</a></li>

thanks, but unfortunately it does not work.
the german description of this input field says “no html allowed”…
    other ideas? .-)

Are you sure you’re trying to add the code to the correct field? HTML is allowed in that field and there’s no notice to say it’s not allowed. I think maybe you’re looking at the wrong field.

you’re right, sorry! the field, you have described is html allowed.
but this entry, you have named, has no effect to the behavior of opening events from the calendar – or did i understand something totally wrong???
anything i enter here, has no effect.

the way of opening changes, if i modify the entry at:
events -> settings -> general -> all calendar options -> event title format (my own translation, unfortunately no chance to upload a picture here)
…at this point no html is allowed, bt it has effect to the entry in the calendar.

i like to up this question again ??
may you have an idea, why events manager does not open the links in a new window?

    why i want this feature?
if somebody looks toan events and goes back to calendar with the browser button, the calendar is at the actual date…
better would be, it will (perhaps) at the month, where the user started to look at the event!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Having re-read this thread, I think we misunderstood what you wanted to do and where you wanted to do it.

Unfortunately, there’s no easy way to do what you want. I think the only solution would be to use a jQuery snippet like the examples given on the page below.

You’d need to modify them to work with your theme, but they should work.
